Getting ready for your WML assessment and want to make sure you’re doing everything right? Come for a refresher and check your’re up to standard.
All refreshers are run on a fully bespoke basis, so after a morning coffee and chat to find out where you are at, we can work on exactly the areas you are most concerned about such as whiteout navigation, emergency ropework, or snowcraft.
Ensure your navigation is up to standard
Navigation is such an important element of the WML assessment, so having some extra input will help you feel more at ease and cruise through the assessment process.
We run mock navigation assessment days if you want to see how you stand up under pressure! Alternatively, we provide bespoke open learning to help you get the most from your map and compass.
Often people are concerned about their low visibility navigation or night navigation. To target this we run ‘day into night’ sessions starting in the afternoon and working into darkness. Overnight snow holing and full night navigation is also available.
